Visit visa for my parents

Hi,
Need assistance regarding visit visa for my parents
Me and my husband have applied for a entrepreneur visa(its gone for extension) so currently we are on the waiting position, we dont have any visa and we are not sure how long it will take. I want my parents to visit me. One of our family friends are sending invitation. I m pregnant as well. So how can they apply for the visa?
