Tier 2 General Visa - Documents

Hi,

Can someone please tell me the list of documents required to file for Tier 2 general visa. I am looking to file visa application for my wife, currently she is in Tier 2 ICT dependent.

Also,

1) Does she has to submit her current BRP
2) Will the start date of assigned RCoS same as date entered by employer during RCoS application. Employer has entered 17/09/2018 while applying RCoS.
3) Does this start date will have any any effect like visa need to be applied before the start date. Currently she is ICT dependent.
4) Can we file visa on our own or any professional help required
