TIER 2 EXTENSION AND SPEED AWARENESS TEST

HI EXPERTS
I am applying to extend my tier 2 general application this week. I received a letter for over-speeding(37 on 30mph zone) and was given an option for taking a test or getting points+fine.I have scheduled speeding awareness test next month.Shall I declare this under traffic offence or as warning? or shall I just hide it cz it ll not be classed as criminal offence if I take test and no points/fines will be on my driving license. Need urgent assistance of you guys please in this matter.

My experience is never to hide anything from them, it will either complicate or at least delay your application.

I see no harm in explaining everything in your application as you explained here in the additional comments.

But I'm not sure whether this comes under offence or warning, this would make a difference and maybe someone else can shed some light on this
