I don’t remember the dates for my student visa extension. But I can put my Tier 1 General, ILR dates. Would that be ok?

Thank you. When I click Yes the next page ask
Name in which you made the application.
Just to clarify, do I need to put my name or the name of the application category like Tier 1 ILR.

You need to put YOUR name at the time of the application. I suppose this is to prevent any confusion on their end due to name changes based on marriage, etc.

These were check-list documents I submitted in support of my application and was granted last BC month. Hope it will be of help to you in your application.
Mandatory:
1. My Passport
Other documents:
2. Life in the UK Test
3. Proof of living in the UK - UK driving licence + BRP
4. Proof of freedom from immigration - Biometric Residence Permit with ILR
5. Two referee declarations
6. Evidence of identity - Passport + BRP
7. Current BRP
In addition, I provided the following documents:
1. A print out of my driving licence information summary history from DVLA as proof of zero driving penalty points.
2. UK Degree certification and statements of results
3. Schedule of Absences - (not necessary- but I took the excel spreadsheet used for my ILR schedule of Absences, which shows all my absences, and it calculates the total number of absences for the period and I included a statement of attestation and also signed it at the bottom). I thought this would help them to figure things out and avoid any mistake on their part when they count my absences due to tons of business trips I made in the period.
All the best with your BC application.

Hi All,
In the AN form Pg 31 there is a requirement to submit evidence of National Insurance contribution:
SECTION 10 Evidence of National Insurance contributions covering the relevant period:
• payslips
• P60’s
• letter or letters from your employer or employers confirming you have worked in their employment including start and finish dates
I submitted my application online and there is no mention of above evidence in the document checklist. Can anyone please clarify.
Thanks

As you are non-EU these are no necessary because your lawful residency is proven through your passport (with stamps I believe). The documents listed are mainly for EU citizens who don't get entry or exit stamps. Unless I have misread the thread.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.

Yes I am non-EU resident. Just wanted to confirm that I dont need to submit any P60, pay slips for my NDRS appointment.
