UK Visas and Immigration: enquiry

Dear all,

I am from Bangalore, India. Following is my timeline for UK visit visa:

Submission at VFS Bangalore: 27th July, 2018
Mail from Chennai ECO: 31st July, 2018
Contacted UKVI by paying 5.48 GBP (email): 21st August,2018 (they said decision has been made and no other details)
Contacted UKVI again: 22nd August 2018. I asked about dispatch of my passport. They said, they do not have access to my application details.

Totally 18 working days as of now. Any help is appreciated.
