Hello All,
Here is my immigration history,
Sep 2012..entered UK on tier 4 visa.
2013..Dropped out of uni.
Nov 2015..Got married to my British wife.
Dec 2015...application as a British partner was sent to the HO.
June 2016...application was refused, reasons are, we didn't meet the financial threshold, proof of English language not up to HO standard and my visa was curtailed in 2014 so I had no valid visa as of the time I submitted my application. Right of appeal was given and the appeal was heard July 2018.
August 2017..wife had a baby .
July 16 2018...Appeal dismissed, reason was majorly based on the financial earns.
Home office was not able to proof that visa was curtailed so they admitted that I had a valid visa as of the time of my application.
I use to have 20hours right to work but was stopped last year, and the reason was, visa was curtailed which I believe was wrong.
August 2018..Permission to appeal to upper tribunal was dismissed, and the reason was I did not submit new financial details.
I need help on what to do, should I appeal directly to upper tribunal or submit new application, and what application will suit my situation.
Thank you.
