Hi All

I am about to send the application for PR, I am Non EEA, my wife is EEA national and our daughters got EEA(Romanian) national passports as well.

We have few P60 not 5 really looked every where and very less payslips. This is due to moving house over the period of 6 years so we have missed place them. Easy to SAY to ring the employer for her to ask for payslips but she has changed jobs, the most recently one definitely have them all for about 6 months this year as were sent by email, the long working old company she worked for about 4 years and 3 months have few payslips wont cover that longer and wont be cooperative to give her the payslips.

we have all the rest of the evidence for PR application needed. My question is, is there another method of proving continuous working that we can obtain . I have heard about HMRevenue etc, but I have very less information. And is this a valid proof as well from HMrevenue has anyone used them as proof of continuous work other the payslips and P60 and got granted PR. 4 of us intending to apply for our PR, me (non EEA), my wife EEA, and my daughters EEA nationals too.

Your help is much appreciated for who ever has submitted the application without payslips but used other form of proof for continuous working in 5 years, my wife never stopped working for 5 years, just we cant locate all the payslips

Hi - not sure if you still need info on this.

If you are unable to provide P60s or pay-slips (for example, you have lost the relevant documents, the employer is no longer trading or you are/your sponsor is unable to contact them) - you should enclose a covering letter with your application, explaining why not and submitting alternative evidence of the relevant employment, such as:

• P45s
• signed contract of employment
• notice of redundancy
• letter accepting resignation
• letter of dismissal
• employment tribunal judgment relating to the employment
• bank statements showing net income received from employer.

If you can't get the above and/or you need additional evidence of employment, you can ask the HMRC for your employment history via:

By the way - for the years that you have P60s, there's no need to send anything else to prove work in that particular year.
For those years that you don't have P60s, send three pay-slips per year if you have them, spread out through the year and ensuring there is no more than a six-month gap between each one (so say February + June + November).

Cheers- I have got HM revenue employment history now, and all the bank statement showing income paid in 5 years. Got like 2 P60S ONLY. Also got all the contracts of employers, got few pay slips each year same employer for 3 and half years and all of them for new employer. I am sending soon.
