Regd. absence letter from employer

Post by sk17aaa » Fri Aug 24, 2018 3:57 pm

Hello Gurus,

I'm eligible for ILR beginning Dec'18 under Tier 2 route.

My immigration history as follows:

26-Nov-2013 till 16-July-2014 - Employer 1
17-July-2014 - till-date - Employer 2

After I received my first Tier 2 visa, I went on holiday for close to 2 months before joining Employer 1. As agreed with the employer, I started my job beginning Feb 2014 and continued till July 2014. Also I took 10 days holiday in June 2014 before changing the employer.

In this case, do I need letter from my previous employer for
1) joining the company after 2 months (from the visa start date)
2) 10 days during the employment.

Appreciate all the comments / advise.

Thanks

no, not necessary, except that you are not in the UK.

Hi cyclina1,

Thanks for your reply.

Forgot to mention that those 10 days holiday during the employment is out of UK.

Is it still ok without Employer letter? Sorry for the trouble

thx
