Tier 2 Dependant Maintenance

Post by Jant » Fri Aug 24, 2018 6:06 pm

Hello. I got a Tier 2 general visa this month but was not able to apply my dependants with me as both(husband and son) were lacking some requirement that time and my employer was keen in applying my visa already. Can I still apply both of them under the same COS that I have, with the maintenance for migrant and dependants ticked as "Y". My COS is valid until October 27,2018 and will apply them before that expires.

I am just confused because some says that if dependants are applying separately from the main applicant, they should already provide proof of savings.

Thank you for your enlightenment!

More Power,
JMP

It's better to provide the savings proof. I have an old sponsor certified CoS and I am applying for my wife's dependent visa this month.

My Office immigration advisor recommended that I provide bank statements to prove the maintenance funds.

I see. May I know if your cos is older than 3 months? Thanks
