How to apply SAR

Dear members
My timeline is
Applied (team) in nov 2017
Ihs refund: 1st june 2018 (both)
After that no news.
I want to apply for SAR, can anyone guide me please how to apply SAR and which option shal i choose to get update on my application it give 3 options ( basic, specific, and detailed SAR)
Bit confused which one is relevant to get update on my tier1 entrepreneur visa application.

hI

Go for Basic, you will see all the event of your immigration history, it normally takes 30 days to deliver but I have seen here it may take more than that.

Contact Local MP to chase with HO.

Thank for your reply.

What documents required to apply for SAR. It says certified passport copy , i dont have passport with me i ll check if i could find a photo copy. (What is creteria for certified copy does it mean my signature on passport copy or does it required stamp from any local authority?)
