Hello everyone, I am in the process of completing the form (almost there, and just needed to clarify 2 questions.
I've been working for my current employer for 2 months on a permanent basis, but i was working for another company on a permanent basis for more than 12 months without any gaps prior to starting with new employer ( only 4 days gap, left previous company, started new job after 4 days).
I'll be providing:
12 months of bank statements and payslips (prior to the application date)
Letter from previous employer confirming employment
Last p60 and p45 from previous employment
Contract, Letter from current employment.
Now, my confusion is based on this question:
If you or your sponsor have had more than one job, you must provide the full details for each job held and
the specified evidence for each job.
[You and your sponsor’s total combined income from salaried employment?] - Do we need to enter anything here? If yes, is this the total income earned over the last 12 months prior to the application date, or my gross annual salary with the current employer?
12C Spouses and Civil partners
If you were last granted leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom as an unmarried or same-sex partner and subsequently during your probationary period you have married or entered a civil partnership with your partner, in addition to the relevant documents in 12A and 12B you must provide the following documents.
Tick the relevant boxes to show what documents you are providing.
They must be originals. You should photocopy each of these documents and provide copies in addition to the
originals.
[Your Marriage or Civil partnership certificate] Do we need to tick this? We were married before the initial entry clearance was granted in 2013, and also when the second FLR was granted. Just a bit confused.
And happy weekend!
