Naturalization and 6 WEEKS ABSENCE RULE! HOW DOES IT REALLY WORK?

So, Here is my question: How does the 6 weeks rule really work for Naturalization?

Below are two of my absences from the State during year 2015:
2015:

1) 11th of March 2015 – 15th of March 2015 – 5 Days

2) 5th of July 2015 – 25 September 2015 - 2 months and 20 days

The question is: Do I need to deduct both of the above absences from the residency calculator or just the second and the longer one?

are any of those for medical emergencies?
deduct them both the first one is only 5 days so wait 5 more days just in case you know

Yeah - I'll deduct both. Don't wanna get the application refused after one year or so.
