Is Certifying a BRP via Post Office Possible?

Is Certifying a BRP via Post Office Possible?

I'd like to certify a copy of my BRP for a process that requires my first BRP's copy. I was wondering if a Post Office can do this instead of an individual (I tried an immigrant solicitor, asked ridiculous amount of money). I also don't know my other alternatives so if you have any suggestions I'll be glad :)
