Request to know procedure to surrender my child india passport

Thanks for your help in advance.

Recently we got ilrs - and with this ilr, my uk born son got British passport recently - Now we would like to surrender my child india passport -

As part of this, I have few queries relates to surrendering my child india passport - Could you please clarify asap.

1) Not able to take an appointment with out mentioning number of applicants to adults.

Not sure how can we only take an appointment for my child son with out mentioning number of adults as my intension is to surrender my son's india passport ( my son only got British citizenship not parents).

2) How can my child sign the surrender forms - My son does not know how to sign the application forms relates to surrender.
