Which site to use for Tier 2 general - applying from India

I am trying to fill visa application for my wife regarding Tier2 General and attending the vfs centre in India. But I am confused about which site to use for filling the application out of

Visa4Uk
Access uk
Gov.uk (visa and immigration).

Please share the link also. Also what is the difference they carry.

i have applied through visa4uk and had no issues. My employer asked me to go through this site for booking for now.

Thanks advent26. Any idea when to use gov.uk(visa and immigration) site. I have started filling there.
Would it affect if I discontinue and start from visa4uk

I have used the government site for Tier 2 extensions within UK, but visa4u for applications made from outside UK
