Spouse Visa Extension within UK

Hello Friends,

I am seeking for your guidance for my wife's visa extension who is in UK on Spouse visa , Initially her visa was granted for 33 months and due to expire in 3 months. She was granted Spouse visa when I was on ILR UK visa and now I am British Citizen. Could you please confirm the below queries.

1. I think I should use FLR(M) visa application form for this extension ?

2. My wife had an exisiting UK NARIC certificate (blue route) which she already proved her knowledge of English language with her initial visa from India. Do we need apply UK NARIC certificate (red-route)? Will the existing blue route NARIC certificate will suffice?

3. Please let me know the documents checklist that we should provide with this application form through salaried employment category A?
