Hi all,
I have just joined today I have been reading your topics on different matters very helpful and benevolent u lot. I have a very important question to ask I have been over 12 years in uk came as student extended that then eea family resident permit for 5 years been on it after 3 years applies permanent got refused as ex partner was not excersing her treaty rights for 5 years , split up with her got kid together then married to uk national got kid together as well applied for ilr on basics on long residency got refused instead given 10 years route every 2.5 extension what a joke , don’t speak to ex so could not get hold of her documents of excersing treaty rights solicitor mention to homeoffice to use there power to obtain info from ex, meanwhile has to resign Job as when applied for ilr employee check case back as negative twice one before and one after biometric after 6 months wait answer was pay 500 for immigration health charge or might get deported didnot even gave 5 years Spouse visa when solicitor wrote to case worker of more reasons or grounds of refusal and 5 years spouse route caseworker didnot reply to question only said to pay or cancel application with risk of deportation so unfair , solicitor wants to go judicial reviews wandered again money factor would that be any good please advice. Thank you.

Don't waste money on Judicial review, no chance to win. The caseworker gave you 10 year route was based on guidance and law.
