should i apply for naturalisation

Post by Ric » Thu Aug 30, 2018 6:37 pm

I meet the eligbility to apply for naturalization but recently
was stopped for a road traffic offence and was advised tat i ll be sent a fpn for overloading car in the next two months.

my question is can i apply for my naturalization now as it stands i have no fixed penalty notice. if so , do i need to state anything in the application.

Just declare it and it would not affect your application with just one fpn.

thank you for the reply.
i havent still received any penalty note yet.. so at the point of applying i have no reference to state in the application right now.
After applying when i get the penalty note, do i need to call Home office to mention about it?
