Housing report

Post by Micky44 » Thu Aug 30, 2018 6:38 pm

I'm after some clarification please. I am in the process of applying for a settlement visa for my wife in Thailand. I am in a rented 2 bed house permission from landlord saying my wife is free to live there When she gets her visa. I'm on the electrole register, gas electric bills and paying community charge there etc. Do I need a housing report also ? Many thanks for any help.

If the house is not shared with any other non-related adults then Housing Inspection Report is not required. Make sure you have a letter from landlord clearly stating they have no objection to your wife joninig you and that there is sufficent space to accomodate her in the property.
