Questions regarding ilr

Hi everyone, this is my first time to post here ,been silent reader for ages this forum helped me alot for gaining what i want.
I am tier 2 dependant we will apply for ilr next months with my wife she is the main applicant,we come across some confusion regarding our application,we have one child was born in uk do need to apply for him?this is not the problem our concern is if successful how long we need inorder to get his british passport?we are traveling by the end of dec ,will we recieve his before that?
2 my wife is a doctor does she need language requirements?
3 cohabitation is it 2 years or 5 years?for council tax they told us they will not provide us the whole 5 years bills they can only confim a letter to state we have paying the tax through this year
4 the printout bills are they acceptable?

You don't need to apply ILR for him if he born in the UK. He can register as BC when you get ILR.

Time is varies. As he needs to register as BC first, and then apply passport. Both takes time.

Less likely.

No. But council tax bill is sufficient. Ask council to issue you letter your council tax bill are absence.

Thank you so much cyclina for your replay,again it is gonna be problem for me as the council issued us only 3 statements luckily we got them but are they enough and satisfactory?the electricity bills only pdf i ask them to send me them to my address but most likely they will not ,i dont know what to do.
I have several documents from different recourses like tenancy agreement,letters from gp to my son,Ho letters and some letters from NHS i hope that enough
