ILR qualifying time

Post by fasssika » Fri Aug 31, 2018 3:10 pm

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to confirm that my five years of watching the application prices increase will be over in January. Came to the UK in May 2012, got married Aug 2013 and applied and got Leave to Remain as a spouse in January 2014. Am I eligible to apply for SET(M) in January next year? The hubs, our bank account and I will be so pleased.

Thanks for all your help..........in advance

Yes assuming you meet the requirements of ILR in general as well as financial requirements under SET(M)

Thanks. I was a bit confused as they gave me until July 2020 for my FLR.
Much appreciated!!
