Applying for Spouse Visa - Payslips don't match with Bank credit from the employer

Post by priyankashiv817 » Fri Aug 31, 2018 4:50 pm

Dear All,

From May 2018 onwards my net income on my payslips is £1452.16 whereas my employer has been crediting amount £1598.20 in all the months until I noticed in the month of August.

It all happened due to a clerical error I was overpaid by £146.04 for four months in a row.

I have now returned 4 individual amounts of £146.04 to correct the mistake from the same bank account where I get paid my salary each month.

The employer (accountant) has provided me with a cover letter confirming the error.

I would like to know due to this clerircal error where would i stand if i file the application in Novermber 2018. Would this correction help me in anyway as errors do happen.

Overview of my income:

Director in the same company from past 10 years - 45% Share holder
Gross income on payslips year 2017/18 - £1750 monthly = £21000
Net monthly pay -£1452.16
Dividents -£3750 (paid in May 2018)
Savings - £25000

All monies are paid by bacs from the company to my bank account.

Is my income sufficient enough to sponser my wife on spousal visa?
