FLR (M) Spouse visa renewal checklist and remaining questions

1. I am on zero hour contract.but I earn more then £1550 each month. I am so confused in which category have to apply A or B.i am with same employer more two years.

2.
I am going to applying my wife’s visa extension in end of September.i am on non salaried contract. I got an employment letter today .my employer put cross salary from 11August 2017 to 10 August 2018. But my salary is due on 10 September 2018.i will use payslip as well.
It will be fine or I have to speak with my employer to change the date on letter.


Please some one advise me .
