Hi guys! First time poster here and in dire need of an advice, or two.
I am looking to apply under Category A, been with employer for over 3 years and paid over £18,600, salaried.
Application for SETm (ILR partner 5 year route)
I have been on unpaid Shared Parental Leave from 26th Jan until 23rd Mar (9weeks). I have received my annual pay rise, only an increment of £50 a month from April pay onwards.
How many payslips do I show? I am thinking I need to give 6 months + 9 weeks so I should give Jan - Aug.
In January pay, my employer has also given me full month’s pay when they should not as I was on unpaid shared parental leave on the last week of January. This has been rectified in February’s pay as they have back paid me (I still have income for that month as I received my bonus but I am not using my bonus towards meeting financial requirement). This mistake from my employer will be confirmed and explained in my employer’s letter.
So all in all, I am thinking of providing following documents;
Payslips from Jan-Aug (8 months)
Bank statements from Jan-Aug
Employer’s Letter
P60
Work contract ( ?? )
Please let me know if I’m right? Or wrong?
