FLR(M) - Accommodation requirement for multiple addresses

My partner spouse VISA is expiring this month and we are applying for FLR(M) to extend her stay.

In the past 2.5 years, we lived in 4 different addresses.

Address requirement states that we must provide at least 6 items of correspondence, addressed to me and my partner jointly or in both your names.

My question is, as we lived in 4 different addresses, do I need to provide 6 items of correspondence for each of the addresses I lived in (that will make it 6*4 = 24 address proofs for me and my wife)

No - 6 items addressed to you both together.

They dont care if you lived together in different addresses, they only care that you lived together in the past 2.5 years. So, if you have joint correspondences on these addresses then 6 is required.
