Premium service booking at Croydon

Hi all, thanks for your time. I was trying to book an appointment for the 18th of October at Croydon. Last Friday, the system did not show me any appointment slot for this date but when I logged in today, its saying no appointment available for next 45 business days at Croydon! Is this a system error or that's how quick the appointment goes?

I checked for Liverpool, the only day appointment slot showing is for the 15th of October at 13:30pm.

Please can you suggest on if there is any other way/ any contact number where I can call and re-check the availability at Croydon?

No contact number I'm afraid.

Close your browser and try again within a few minutes. Just save and exit the application before doing so.

Appointments seem to go every 5 minutes by people who take slots so as soon as you see one don't be picky and book it!

How often do they refresh? I have the same issue.

Should I log on at any certain time?

Also, so if I want an appt on october 16th, from experience are appointment released all in one batch, so all the appointments for October 16th have already been released and taken? Or are they released in batches every morning?

Just keep trying really - Sometimes people have had success around 10pm other time 7am. In terms of batches not sure about that as there can be cancellations etc which free up slots.

Looks like they release appointments sharp at 12am, I booked one for the 18th.
