Tier 2 General- Right to work

Post by Britishhope » Tue Sep 04, 2018 4:07 am

Hi all,
I am granted Tier 2 General visa valid from 28th August. Currently I am in my home country. Due to some reasons I am traveling to UK on September 20th only. My employer is asking me to start working from Home country as I got right to work from UK already though I didn't land in UK. Is this legally allowed to start working before landing in UK though my VISA have started already. Please help

I don't think that the UK has the jurisdiction to prevent you from working in another country.
