Hi good people,

Is any one know to whether for Romanians & Bulgarians - Doesn't 5 years continuous working starts when there restrictions were lifted in January 2014 to exercise treaty right or even before that when some(who have accession worker card - for one employer only).

To cut story short, if some one had accession worker card (Bulgarian & Romanian) and working from July 2013 will this time count as well as continuous working period to exercise treaty right or only when their restrictions were fully lifted in Jan 2014 onwards.
