RLMT Process

Post by london-dreams » Wed Sep 05, 2018 12:36 am

Hi guys. Hope you are fine!

I've received a job offer from a company that is a Sponsorship licensed but this is the first time they are going through the process to sponsor someone overseas.
They have carried out the RLMT and now we are waiting the 28 days to apply for the CoS.

My question is: Do I have to apply for the job in one of the two advertisements that they did?

Thanks a lot :D

Hi , Yes you would need to apply using any of the 2 job links they created , But not undergo the recruitment process again as they have already selected you

I don't think so. RLMT is for residents.

Hi CR001,

Please can you help?

I am also not sure if i need to apply for the RLMT job advertised.

I am on aT4 visa working for my employer for 2 years now.

The RLMT job was posted last week and will expire on the 26/09/18.

Till now we have only received only one CV but the person has no qualifications.

Do i also need to apply please help?

Well officially RLMT is for other candidates and U can't apply directly to the advert during advertising period but in real world U know that U're preselected so U don't have to worry about other candidates

You don't need a RLMT if you meet all the criteria for switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2!
