My photograph on the BRP card doesn't include my whole face

Hi,

I recently received my BRP card. However, my photograph on the card is very strange. My face is very big, and my neck, shoulder, right ear are not included in the photograph. This is definitely not a standard passport photograph. Other information, such as DoB and name are all correct.

Shall I report this to home office, please? I just worry I will have problems if I use this card for immigration.

Thank you for your advice. I have reported this issue three days ago, but has not got any reply yet.

Do I need to report again if I didn't get a reply after 5 working days?

I just worry that the UK board agent will take my BRP away because this strange photo...

Update:

I got a reply from home office today saying they have sent me a biometric enrolment letter.

HOWEVER, they think that I want to change my DoB, rather than my photograph...

I have replied them saying my DoB is correct, but my photograph is wrong...

I just worry that they have already cancelled my current BRP card, or have modified my DoB information on their system. This will make everything more confused....
