Hi there ,i m from pakistan i came to the uk in 2010 as student ,in 2012 i met a lady and did islamic nikkah and gave my case to solicitor ,i gave my home office fee to him to pay ,he did not pay my fee and kept on giving me fake home office letters after 7 months i called home office and i found that my application was sent as invalid spouse application due to not paying home office fee , i cane to know that solicitor was a fraud and scamer , by then i was over stayer and my wife decided to end relationship and we split ,i texted her divorce .
Aftre that i met one girl and got married

An Islamic marriage which takes place in the UK isn't considered to be legal under British law. Are you living with the mother of your child?
