Hi everybody!
My name is Juliana
I am non EEA and my partner EEA Citizens, In 2017 we moved together for UK and in August 2017, I have applied for residence card unmarried partner this was refused(my fault, I know!) Once time I don't have sent any proof about my relationship, just bills. in February 2018 I have applied again
Follow the time line;
Application sent from post: 29/01/2018
Payment taken: 01/02/2018
Email confirmation: 05/02/2018
Coa no right work: 09/02/2018
Biometric letter: 09/02/2018
Biometric enrol: 23/02/2018
Documents returned: 20/08/2018
Decision letter: ?????
BRP card: ?????
and after six months stand I don't received any answer about my application, I call for Home Office and the next day a agent call me back saying that I will receive my package. One week after I received my package with all documents, my passport and my husband passport and all supports documents that I have sent, but with no decision letter, I have made several calls for Home Office since then, tand since the first call the woman agent said for me that I would receive my BRP card with the decision letter together in ten working days, and I have waited until 03/09/2018 Monday and nothing, and the same day I have called again and the another agent said that I will receive a letter until 04/09/2018 Tuesday, and nothing!,😒 today I called again, and the agent asked to wait a bit more until the next 10/09/2018 Monday, because for now I need to receive my BRP card. My doubts is Need I concerned about it? I will have the visa?, because no one give me a concrete answer, one time they say, you will receive a letter, another time do you will the BRP card, I don't what to think! I have called for the DX courier and nothing there! I am so frustrated!! There is anyone who can help me. I am sorry for the long text. Thank you!

Hi Juliana
It's surprising that there is no letter, as usually there is and usually the documents are returned when a decision has been made. So it seems a decision has been made, but you need to write them an e-mail and/or a letter, quoting your application reference number, explaining the situation and asking them to tell you what the decision is. I think the e-mail address is ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, but check as I've never written them an e-mail. Address is the same you sent the original application to.
