ILR Tier 2 General Absence Letter

Post by KathBlake10 » Wed Sep 05, 2018 10:15 pm

Hi there,

I'm applying for ILR and have been working in the UK as a maths teacher with the same school for the last 5 years. I have traveled outside of the UK many times in the last 5 years (all during school holidays, apart from one bereavement).

I was wondering if I will need my employer to write a letter which explicitly states each of these absences separately? Or is it enough to just state in the letter that I haven't been absent from the UK for any of the school term dates?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Kath
