Passport back service

Hi guys,

I used passport back and submitted my passport today .

When should I expect to receive it back? On tls contact paper when I enrolled it does say up to 4 working days but on tls contact it says 7 calender days and when i submitted it I was not told of any timeline

I am stuck now so when can I expect it back?

many thanks, no tls response so find it hard to get anything from them
