UK tier 2 ICT cooling off period question.

Hi, I have been in the UK for 5 years on tier 2 ICT visa and have just returned back to India after the expiry of this visa. My sponsor is planning to apply for my tier 2 general visa after 1 year cooling off period. In the meantime, I am planning to travel to UK as and when required on business visa. My question is, will my travel to UK on business visa extend the cooling off period everytime I travel to UK or does it end exactly after 1 year since my tier 2 ICT end date (or last travel date of that visa) even if I travel on other visa to UK during that cooling off period?
