Imgration advise please

Post by Tawfik81 » Fri Sep 07, 2018 11:20 am

I have further submission to the process nearly 10 months and I'm married at the same time from European woman since 2016, I applied for the EEA family visa but they rejected the application because I don't have passport however the passport with the Home Office since 2013 when I claimed the first time asylum, my wife month ago sent them complain and they responded to us by email saying they rejected the application by mistake and they said they have the passport and they asked me to send fresh application for the EEA visa, the problem is I received another letter from the Home Office saying we received your complaint about the delay for the further submission and we will contact you within 20 days, I'm now very confused I don't know what to do, do I have to send new EEA application or I need to wait for the further submission reply.

hi

you need to wait for further submission outcome or you need to Vary your further Submission and send them all related documents about your marriage with EEA Spouse to Further submission unit Liverpool OR if you want to make EEA family visa application then you need to Withdrew the Further submission Application First. So i think you need to wait first Further Submission out come.

hi

you need to wait and you are unable to take them in court because of only 10 months delay, Home office taking to decide longer in some cases , i made further submission on 17 Aug 2017 and still waiting,so only option to wait.
