Child visa from India

Hi, I need some advise on below query please.

My son was born in UK when i was on Tier 2 General Visa; And applied Indian passport for Little one and sent to India on March-2017 (Note: We
didn't apply dependent visa).

I have got my ILR starting of this year (2018). So I would like to bring my son back to UK now.

Please can you help what type of Visa i need to apply for my Son?

Note: We would like to bring my little one back to UK sometime this month; Please advise which type of visa is the quickest one.

Registration, followed by a British passport, may be better than a visa. However, it won't be quick. What's the status of child's other parent?

Hi All,

I am in the process of applying Tier 2 General PBS Dependent visa for my Son from India. Can someone please advise below.

1) I got my ILR on Feb-2018 and My COS got expired on 12-Apr-2018 but I am still working on with Same company. Am I good to submit the expired COS ?

2) Will it have any issue if I submit the expired COS ?
