Unmarried partner with kids

I’m looking for professional advice or anyone with insight. I am a bristish citizen, my partner came to the uk legally for study, during his study I got pregnant and he decided to stop his study and support his family with his study money instead. After research we realized we should have put in an application while I was pregnant or before his 4 years study visa expired. It’s been almost 10 years now and my unmarried partner have over stayed for at least 4, but we have got four children and one of them has got a developmental delayed. Is there any route or application path we can make to void deportation or a 10 year bann. Because I and the kids can’t be without dad. Thank you

You could try submitting a FLR(FP) Partner route application, although there's no guarantee of success.
