ILR 5 years rout for dependent of T1

Post by Capri » Fri Sep 07, 2018 5:45 pm

Respected gurus and members,
This forum is being very helpful for me that is why I am here again.
My T1 entrepreneur initial visa granted from 29-04-2014 to 28-04-2017 (I am main applicant and my husband and kids are dependent, we all got visa), for T1 Extension we all applied on 03-04-2017 and visa granted from 13-03-2018 to 12-03-2020, but on this time my daughter 's application was refused due to not enough documents were submitted as she was 16+ on time of application submission (our solicitor was not aware of it), we went for AR but it was refused so we prepare fresh application and it was approved and dependent daughter got visa from 04-06-2018 to 12-03-2020, in her BRP here is a spelling mistake in place of birth that is why we sent it back and got with new date of issue, now visa date is given as from 24-07-2018 till 12-03-2020... (we all have same valid till date 12-03-2020.
We will apply for ILR next year after completing 5 years in this category, my question is because I am worried about my daughter, will she get ILR with us or her 5 years will not complete because of refusal and AR. (however she has visa with same valid till date)?
waiting for your precious opinions. :?
thanks in advance
