Set M - Document Checklist

Post by mamocan » Sun Sep 09, 2018 5:05 pm

Anyone can proof check the documents please, as I've been looking at these documents for such a long time, I may not be able to spot a missing document. Here it goes:

Set M Form - latest, downloaded and printed - Postal Application (No dependants)
  • 2 Photos of applicant with full name written on the back
  • 1 photo of sponsor with full name written on the back
  • Passport of applicant
  • British passport of sponsor
  • Biometric Residence Permit
  • Marriage Certificate
FINANCE - Salaried Employment, CAT B
  • Last 12 payslips
  • Transaction history received through the post issued by the bank covering the last 13 months and showing payments for the last 12 payslips
  • Letter from current employer confirming employment
  • Employment contract for current employment
  • Letter from PREVIOUS employer confirming employment type, salary, position and date commenced and finished
  • Letter from PREVIOUS employer confirming the minor spelling mistake in sponsor's first name in payee documents
  • The initial offer letter from PREVIOUS employer
  • P45
  • Last P60
ACCOMMODATION
  • Letter from home owner confirming residence and a description of the dwelling
  • Copy of the land registry
  • The initial Property Inspection Report
LANGUAGE
  • Life in the UK Pass notification letter
  • B1 Certificate issued by the approved Trinity College London
CORRESPONDENCES
  • Initial letter from Home Office stating grant of leave (flr) - March 2016
  • Joint Council Tax Bill - March 2016
  • Joint Utility Bill - August 2016
  • Joint Bank Statement - December 2016
  • Joint Council Tax Bill - March 2017
  • Joint Utility Bill - July 2017
  • Letter From NHS (Applicant) - October 2017
  • Joint Bank Statement - December 2017
  • Joint Council Tax Bill - March 2018
  • Joint Utility Bill - July 2018
I am aware perhaps I don't need all of these correspondences as this covers the last 2.5 years, but still wanted to include just in case.

PHOTOCOPIES
Basically, I have copied everything, including passports (only info and stamped pages), correspondences (only the first page as they have the originals), payslips etc. The only think I didn't copy was the form itself.

SOME QUESTIONS
SECTION 13 - Consent for the Home Office to Request Verification Checks
There are 3 people in joint statements, the applicant, sponsor, and the home owner. There isn't enough room to add another person (only the applicant and the sponsor). For this reason, I printed another page (52) and made the home owner also sign the declaration and added the page there.

SECTION 8D - OTHER INFORMATION
If you have any reasons or grounds for wishing to stay in the United Kingdom which you have not
already mentioned in your application you should do so now in the box below.

We left this blank. Do we suppose to state anything? Does anyone know?

Pheewww almost there, thanks guys.
