Spouse Visa should it take this long??

First of all sorry if this is the wrong place to post etc.

But really at my wits end and both me and the wife are suffering with stress from it all.I have put the time line below. Can anyone advise if there is someway of chasing this up or something we can do? (I feel I may know the answer)

I have just come back from the Philippines and as it stands I have no idea when I will see my wife again??

Settlement visa - spouse
IELTS test date - feb. 22, 2018 filed:
Biometrics 28th March
March 28, 2018 (with VFS Centre Manila)
Date acknowledged (by UK Decision Making Centre): April 17, 2018
Received email for additional requirements: June 20, 2018
Reply email sent: June 21, 2018

And here is the black hole. Nothing since June now

Shouldn't take this long unless there were elements that were not straightforward in your application. Perhaphs waiting for additional docs in June has put you in the que again. June to Sept is 3 months so hopefully get a decision by end of this month.
