Dear admin
By the grace of Allah almighty i received my tier 1 extention on 30 aug 2018.
I came to this conutry on 3rd sep 2010 my 10 years going to be completed on 3rd sep 2020. My extention is valid till 30 aug 2020. Now i would like to ask to queations.

1. Can i apply Ilr on basis 10 year long residency anytime after 5th aug 2020?
2. If i apply ilr on basis of 10 year do i still have to creat 2 full time jobs on my tier 1 extention?

Please give advice.

It is NOt about risk but about eligibility. SET(LR) has adverse effect on dependants status
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice

If you don't have any dependants currently, it does not matter too much.

For LR route, you will have to show minimum income to get the dependant visa.

For T1E route, that is not needed.
