Hi,

I am working on tier 2 general visa and have 2 dependents (wife and a son). We applied for visa at the same time in 2013 from India and our visa start date is 14-Nov-2013. I came here in the same month(Nov-2013) but my dependents came later in April 2014. I am going to be eligible for ILR next month. My question is when their 5 years period start from? From the visa date visa or from the date they entered here? I was also looking at gov.uk site but couldn't find any satisfactory answer.
