Priority service for visa-payment options

Hi folks,

Can you please clarify if the payment for the priority service has to be made online only or we can pay the fee at the vfs centre in India.

If the above is yes, if the payment was tried online but could not complete is there any way cash/ card payment can be made at the centre on the day of the appointment
