how to switch to standard postal application from premium service?

how to switch to standard postal application from premium service?

I have booked a premium appointment but decided to apply as a standard post, this is for Tier 2 dependant.
as far as I know, this is online only, so now I have the online completed form, can I simply post it and send them an email for a refund of the premium service fee?
