Tier 2 general visa freelance work for US

Post by lasse_ggooorg » Mon Sep 10, 2018 11:18 pm

Hi,
I am under the Tier 2 general visa and working as Art Director.
I just got a cool freelance job offer from a big sportswear company based in the US.
I know that for a side job I am only allowed to work for 20 hours per week at the same level, same job title as my main job etc..
But does that rules apply to possible freelance jobs coming outside of the UK as well?
If anyone has insight for this kind of circumstances, please share, I would be grateful!!

Thanks!!

That depends on how you get paid and where the income goes into.
I am not a lawyer or immigration advisor. My statements/comments do not constitute legal advice.
