Hello, i'm a Belarus citizen, constantly live in Ireland, 4 years now. have a stamp 4 immigration changed from stamp 1 only recently as i got married to an Irish citizen. I applied for EEA permit to go to UK and was refused with a reason of not providing enough evidence of marriage being legit and genuine. i applied through the agency in Dublin, they don't really check the docs and sure don't give an advice if you're providing enough or not. Anyways, i appealed the decision, sent all the supporting docs via email provided but didn't send on the initial documents. my question is shall i send them on? how long might this appeal take? am i better off re-applying and forget the moneys i paid for the appeal? can i maybe ring somewhere and talk to them? or is it a good idea if my husband calls? we've tickets booked in 3 weeks, i'm afraid of losing time
thanks in advance for any help. Kate
