I recived mail for interview in Chandigarh INDIA. They give me option for language seletion for interview. If i request them for local language? If there is no bad effect on my result, as i add English language in my application? I will be much comfortable in my local language.

In my opinion, and since the HO is offering you to choose the language, you can do so without any hesitation. It will not have any direct impact.
However, they might ask you for a reason why did you choose any language other than English. Their point of view will be that in UK you will be dealing with English community.
To answer, as you mentioned, that you are more comfortable with the language and it is easier for you to make the interviewer understand your business plan and your business intentions, which is the first step towards Tier 1 entrepreneur journey. And you can confirm them that you are good enough with English (by way of educational documents, speaking, etc.) to carry out the business. And that you were given a choice so you opt it.
