Tier 1 entrepreneurship visa endorsement cover

Hi there,

My friend ( a graduate from oxford ) and me ( Ucl ) want to apply for the tier 1 enterpreneurship visa endorsement from oxford . She is eligible for it. However, recently I received that I have failed one module in my final year and hence will only get a certificate of higher education from UCL and not the complete BSc . If my friend is endorsed from oxford for our start up idea would that cover me as well as we are applying for it together ?
