Applying for Tier 4 when FLR is refused and case is seeking appeal permission

Post by Gulal » Thu Sep 13, 2018 4:18 pm

Hi

My FLR application has been refused as main applicant has some overstay period in ILR Long residence application.

Appeal in lower court has been also refused and permission to appeal to upper tribunal is also refused. Now we have applied to upper court for permission to appeal.

I want to ask if I want to get tier 4 visa is it possible? Without leaving UK?

Your help will be really appreciated

It seems unlikely that a Tier 4 sponsor would be willing to sponsor you. They would probably be very wary of an application failing on credibility grounds. But you can ask.

Whether you can apply in the UK depends on many factors, and is probably best discussed with whoever is advising you on you recent applications.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
